Turnover spike?

Over the past few months, I’ve noticed a significant increase in the number of people leaving our company. Some departures were expected, but the recent wave seems different—it feels like people are leaving left and right.

This has me wondering: is this just a rough patch, or is it a sign of deeper issues within the company? Are others feeling the same uncertainty?

We all know it sucks here but still curious.

The mid level demotions due to career framework changes in line with the fact that promotions are only reviewed once a year is a huge joke. This company is now very top and bottom heavy with a virtual desert at mid levels. Really hoping that the turnover is due to people being able to secure better jobs.

This was me. Mid level. I was able to secure a better job thankfully. My advice to everyone still at Exact is to time the pullout. Stock and job.
