This is a LIE.We will revel in SP’s departure. There will be celebrations in the streets. Phones will ring off the hooks. It will be shouted from the treetops far and wide. Someone will make bumper stickers. The music will play, the beers will crack open the fireworks will boom. We will toast our wine glasses and spark our cigars. We will drink our champagne and take our Voquezna. We will not mourn the disgracefully unhealthy part of Phathom that has left

He doesn’t want to be respected, he wants to be feared. If the new CEO doesn’t do something, a lot of people will jump when the competition is recruiting or once they can secure a decent opportunity. Many are here because they have history with their teams and will move when they can take them.
SP cares more about us winning HIS WAY than he does about WINNING
Normally, people feel uncomfortable saying someone should be fired, but with SP he’s shown that he doesn’t care about people and will fire them to support whatever narrative he is pushing, and worst of all he doesn’t know how to sell.
