Package/Car

I’m about to get an offer in immunology. Pay structure seems low. Any insight in comp and bonus? In industry over 10 years. What cars does fleet offer?
Fleet has suspended our car program and claw back all issued fleet vehicles. For 2025 and allowance program in place, $299 a month pre tax 0.25 cents a mile. KIA Sol is the only car your allowed to purchase on your own. I bought mine through Sam’s Club.

Who do you work for? We still have our fleet cars... And some people just got their new replacements.

CSL is a stop on the way for your career, not an actual career. You'll get the bare minimum in almost every category whether that's pay, benefits, bonus, training, support, you name it. "Leadership" makes decisions that show how little they care about the people in the organization. There are far better companies to work for, and you should try to get in one of those, not this toxic pretender. The biggest fraud of all is "delivering on our promise". Right.

What is the PTO? Interviewing, and coming from a high paying but toxic environment. Willing to take less for enough PTO and a culture that allows me to fly under the radar

Immunology has a great culture compared to Specialty. Specialty has managers who are creating lots of turnover with reps because of toxic behaviors. Some teams don’t even have any reps that the manager didn’t hire and some are hiring new reps and they’re leaving, too.

The base pay from other companies in rare disease is $165k-$220. I got calls from HAE companies and the base was almost or more as much as my total package (Takeda was at $170k base).
CSL first priority is to the stockholders.

Saw an opportunity im applying for bc I just need a job. It's listed as especially role. But states it calls on immunology. Can someone explain the difference between an immunology role and a specialty role?

Immunology is a better division with good products and managers.
Would choose Immunology hands down.
What is the starting salary range?

Avoid Specialty - highest turnover in the CSL portfolio and total lack of selling Specialty products.
The Gara goals are totally unrealistic and will be a flop like the last launch.
CSL cant launch or contract - that is the defacto history in this division.

I was given a range of $120 to $140k. Comp $47k at plan. I'm still confused on the description being speciality but the targets being allergy and immunology. Do the call on same targets with different drugs? The only drug I was told is Haegarda
