I’m about to get an offer in immunology. Pay structure seems low. Any insight in comp and bonus? In industry over 10 years. What cars does fleet offer?
This poster is correct. Is this offer your last resort? Not trying to diminish your qualifications, I understand how circumstances can dictate decisions. Maybe take the job as a temporary fix until you find another?Comp is low compared to other companies. Cars are ok. Culture is very poor.
Fleet has suspended our car program and claw back all issued fleet vehicles. For 2025 and allowance program in place, $299 a month pre tax 0.25 cents a mile. KIA Sol is the only car your allowed to purchase on your own. I bought mine through Sam’s Club.I’m about to get an offer in immunology. Pay structure seems low. Any insight in comp and bonus? Nice car options, but yes the lowest paying company out there. Culture has been good for me though.Escape,Ascent,Forrester, Outback
Pay is way below industry standards
Who do you work for? We still have our fleet cars... And some people just got their new replacements.Fleet has suspended our car program and claw back all issued fleet vehicles. Pay with Vifor is much better. Though is looks like CSL Behring has upped the starting salary. Lots of turnover with Specialty. How is the culture and pay with vifor? Any managers
To avoid?
Such an idiotic questionAny managers
To avoid?
Really? Why is that?Such an idiotic question
The base pay from other companies in rare disease is $165k-$220. I got calls from HAE companies and the base was almost or more as much as my total package (Takeda was at $170k base).Immunology has a great culture compared to Specialty. Specialty has managers who are creating lots of turnover with reps because of toxic behaviors. Some teams don’t even have any reps that the manager didn’t hire and some are hiring new reps and they’re leaving, too.
Immunology is a better division with good products and managers.Saw an opportunity im applying for bc I just need a job. It's listed as especially role. But states it calls on immunology. Can someone explain the difference between an immunology role and a specialty role?
Avoid Specialty - highest turnover in the CSL portfolio and total lack of selling Specialty products.Saw an opportunity im applying for bc I just need a job. It's listed as especially role. I was given a range of $120 to $140k. Comp $47k at plan. I'm still confused on the description being speciality but the targets being allergy and immunology. Do the call on same targets with different drugs? The only drug I was told is HaegardaImmunology is a better division with good products and managers.
Would choose Immunology hands down.
What is the starting salary range?
