Thanks for validating the point. 170 may be big starting salary for Gilead standards but is indeed a lower starting salary when compared to other true specialty and rare roles.

Thanks for validating the point. Since there are tons of companies that pay significantly more. It should be easy for you to get a job elsewhere. Yet you’re still here, still stuck, still complaining about pay. There’s so many companies that pay significantly more, but you can’t & haven’t gotten hired by any of them.

With so many better options, it speaks poorly of you that you’re still with Gilead.

I really like you. You keep validating my points. Gilead is indeed alright to cut your teeth for 2-3 years to build the resume up but there are really many better options out there that pay much better. I’m in rare and it’s pretty sweet spot. Good luck buddy.

Then why are you on the Gilead cafepharma page & moaning about Gilead’s pay, as if you’re here. Go to your own company’s page.

You can’t be happy with where you are because you can’t keep your eyes off of Gilead.
