Sick of Syneos Rep Not Working

I don't know how much more I can take with my Syneos rep barely working. I am sick of pulling their weight. There is no accountability with them.
All the AZ reps within my world fall into two classes. Most are housewives with multiple small kids and have a husband that makes most of the families income. It’s a part time gig for them - 10-2 drill a few days a week. The other segment is a 60-70 year old male fossils that have been doing this so long they have good relationships with a few docs and that’s where they go for their “field rides”. They haven’t sold anything since the 1990’s. All AZ reps I’ve met are low IQ, overpaid and constantly complain about their company, EV’s and managed care. Full of excuses and complaints yet never want to do hard work.
& somehow AZ has sales forces in the 000s full of these people. I find it remarkable this company is profitable. I haven’t “worked” in almost two years and I love it! XD

Ex AZ rep here…by the grace of god I was laid off. Majority of AZ company reps, especially tenured reps, couldn’t sell pussy on troop train and none of them gave a shit anyway, just trying justify an average career that lends itself to no purpose, until they retireDo you blame us? They’ve ruined the incentive structure. I don’t care to work my ass off to make some boomer happy I don’t care. Collect the paycheck, collect the years of experience, then jump ship. Don’t get mad cause we don’t care because …. We don’t care! 
The laziest of the lazy reps don't even deliver their lunches themselves, they have it delivered!

I can't believe AZ doesn't see that they are not saving money with the Syneos reps because they simply aren't invested. It's a temporary job for them. Not a career.
If you think you have a real career in pharma you are delusional.
pit reps against eachother. Even better pit reps cross-companies against eachother. Managers are still higher on food chain than individual contributors and have lifestyle, kids, mortage to keep up. Have multiple reps sell (if it’s sell ha…) to same account….Meanwhile executive leaders profit off pyrimid scheme while people at bottom kill eachother to survive.

Instead of targeting syneos reps as your enemy (which another one will come), why not target syneos reps’ manager and executives who ruined your life….

Job satisfaction has definitely gone down since Syneos has been integrated into the teams. They are temporary, make no mistake about it. If AZ wanted a long standing relationship with them, they wouldn't be contract. AZ does not care if they leave & have to hire a replacement. It's cheaper than paying a severance when the layoffs come.
As an AZ man, how long is your employment contract for and breakup fee?
