Please don’t hate on me for posting since I do not work here. I was lurking and thought it was worth mentioning a few things read about Jamie Hedges. I used to work directly for Jamie. What I am about to say is real world. Jamie’s biggest downfall is his management style. He is not supportive or encouraging even in the good times. Jamies biggest issue is the lack of confidence his people have in his leadership. I did not experience it myself but heard many on our team talk about the verbal abuse on field rides. I would normally overlook this if it was only one rep but it was not. Several would give clear instances of his attacks and even in front of doctors our customers. If you are managed by Jamie right now you need to understand the isolation and hate you are experiencing is a common theme when reporting to a tyrant. Not all managers, I am one now, do this to our people.
