Copy of complaint

“… Johnson & Johnson admits, and even boasts on its website and elsewhere, that it knowingly and intentionally uses race, color, national origin, and sex as motivating factors in its employment practices, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 …”

If the complaint is successful it’s likely that JNj will be compelled to enter a consent decree or restructure their DEI policies to confirm with tittle 7. Either way things will not be the same.

Even a whistle blower can report them if they try something creative.

Don’t work yourself up into an excited lather. That lawsuit will end up getting tossed on the basis of frivolous litigation. Those guys don’t have enough cash to cover the sanctions, fines and attorneys fees the courts will eventually slap on them. Big corporations are out of their league.

J&J has significantly rolled back DEI activity. When is the last time you heard from your op. Co. or regional DEI team.

I’ll start …early December’24.

Why? Because orange man will pull Federal healthcare reimbursement dollars away from us if we don’t pull back on DEI.
The same way the last administration would’ve pulled dollars from companies that did not embrace DEI.

Just like everything in this world… follow the money

The Orange Man ("TOM") will threaten federal reimbursement. That is TOM's standard approach to anything - follow the money. But we're going to get what we deserve. For a long time the focus has not been on merit or performance. It was about DEI, forget consistency, fairness and performance. We're all for diversity unless you don't agree with what New Brunswick says. I hope WH is ready for the depositions.

It's going to be an easy case to win, or at least settle out of court. Look at the population of the the USA. It is impossible to have the percentage hiring results quoted in the annual reports of DEI without in fact practicing some type of discrimination. 3:4 new hires are DEI has me wanting to see the applicant pool. J&J leaders were given race-based hiring targets and VPs were rewarded at the end of the year. Several close to me actually cited the details of those they hired in their EOY - attorneys just do a discovery of Workday. It's all there.

70% of promotions were based on what someone was, 25% was based on who you knew, and 5% was based on qualifications.

J&J BIGGEST DEI COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!
J&J leaders are simply lemmings who follow what consultants tell them to do. Blackrock tells them to jump, deploy DEI, etc. - it that simple. Follow the money .... When Blackrock faced a lawsuit on DEI, the house of cards crumbled at JNJ and corporate America. This is an interesting story Johnson & Johnson appears to scrub most DEI information from website. The company is contending with so many lawsuits. Safest job at JNJ is being an attorney.

Blackrock? Get real...McKinsey. If McKinsey says, "JUMP", the EC immediately jumps while asking "How high?" and "For how long?". Go back at least as far as Weldon. Weldon couldn't find New Brunswick without McKinsey. McKinsey makes all sorts of "decisions" for J&J. Look no further than their role at Janssen on increasing duragesic sales during the opiod disaster. The EC can't do anything without McKinsey. One can easily see them in deep on the DEI mess.
