On that call and her performance was categorically abysmal exhibited a profound deficiency in mhc acumen while compensating with performative dominance and superficial rhetoric it’s difficult to reconcile how someone so operationally unprepared continues to masquerade as a strategic leader if the objective is to facilitate a return to bayer this level of dysfunctionality is a perplexing tactic you don’t rebuild credibility by dismantling those around you you annihilate trust and erode morale with precision and permanence

shut the hell up lee ellen. this thread exists solely because of how you have decided to treat the people you were hired to lead. if you had a solid knowledge base of MHC, you wouldnt have literally the entire company talking about how you shit the bed on the manager call when asked to demonstrate your knowledge of MHC. for the love of god - TREAT YOUR PEOPLE BETTER. you are a nasty two faced woman who is developing quite the reputation for yourself and instead of improving, you are doubling down on your inexcusable behavior. I have never in my career seen so many reps hate a manager as much as you.

this company was once a great place to work at. allowing managers to treat teams like this in is how culture is destroyed in the blink of an

eye.

As a manager you have the ability to inspire, encourage, and support people directly. Leading by fear and manipulation is something you

should be ASHAMED of and is something you absolutely know is true about yourself.
 


Is this the same rep who is posting on this thread? I think so. Lee Ellen is a great leader and a really kind individual. I've worked for her in the past, and I find her to be an extremely intelligent, supportive and smart manager. And the customers like her a great deal. If you actually do your JOB , you will have no problem working for Lee Ellen. Stop the garbage on this thread. It is simply not true.
