It is beyond the pale that they rescheduled this call a full day later. I hope any of us that get cut realize separating from this contract is actually a very good thing both mentally and for our careers.
 


In typical fashion, leadership is overtly showing they don’t care about the reps. They know we are all concerned today and there has been nothing said -I believe it’s over. It’s been a great ride
 




I find it more concerning if no efforts to clarify what the call is, if not layoffs.

I just hope I get some kind of exit survey so I can expose the dysfunction that is this contract/"leaders"

I believe managers bc they are in the crosshairs too. Calling total BS on regionals not knowing anything.... good bet this was pushed a day so those "know nothing" regionals can pick and choose who stays/goes.

This is classic downsize. With the exception of the 24 hr delay. That part is just nasty.

Not trying to be political...surprised there would be a downsizing right now when RFK is canceling vaccinations and we have been anticipating a surge? Isn't this the time to maximize a cash cow?
