Don’t understand how to motivate people so they resort to threatening employees:

“To be clear, not meeting expectations includes any representative who has not completed/scheduled a minimum of two programs by the end of Q2 and anyone who has used fewer than five library resources by the same deadline.”

Talk to the engineers. We're always being threatened with layoffs or no bonuses if we don't alter our data. There's a reason why the manufacturing sites like Foxconn and Juarez can't match the output of US sites. The Costa Rica site is gonna be a bigger mess since they have stronger worker rights.

Simply look at who Jason the RBD hired in MI. DEI hire who is Jason’s buddy, ZERO experience in pharma gets a position in oncology? The division so called funding the future of JNJ Innovative Medicine? So much for the coveted ‘oncology position’.
Clearly establishes what they think of the managers and reps. They will reap what they sow.
