Why are so many women leaders leaving wound?

Molly has no clue. After all the things that were announced on that call thinking that gathering a bunch of jealous petty high school cheerleaders was in the same category. Me too!
Molly is nothing close to a HS cheerleader. Hahaha. Petty and jealous maybe, but no where close to a cheerleader.
What a joke.

"Strong Women" dont need a club. They just make it happen. They could all learn something about the company's values from the VP that just pulled the military contract. She is hands down the best leader having been under her on the CCD team through COVID but the boys and girls club are too busy hating on them through the insecurity they possess. They probably wouldnt hear it anyway because those two do not put up with that kind of bullshit and will make JK and his team of medocrity look like what they are.

Vince, your move!
As a woman I have to say that was not a good look for you Molly. I feel like she was channeling Laura Ackermans vibe right before she quit on her entire team. You did nothing but burn company money while the rest of us count and justify pennies. Then you make a mockery of leadership and accountability with Alice Vogel? Really? She is bullshit in motion. Sleeping with Keefer while hiding behind Rohit and negativly impacting everything is peak hipocracy and everyone knows it. And absolutely, I have worked wth Kim Tarka over the last 6 or 7 years and the rest of you wouldnt and couldnt even keep up with her. She is always on point and the best female leader I've ever met anywhere. Not a bad idea but you went for popular and privledged over people that get it done.

They have been strategically getting rid of everyone who was good who got the job done. In every division of smith and nephew. We have calls now that lack anything substantial and the people holding them are clueless. This CEO has been disastrous for smith and nephew. Lays off people to take their salaries in a 30% raise. The BOD is 100% compliant as they allowed this disaster to occur under their watch. Who cares about their strategic plan, as we have seen the only way they hit their goals is to fire everyone. We have become the joke of the industry.
