Mid Atlantic new RBD, Lindsay, came from Abbvie. She brought all her reps over . I applied in VA the day the job was posted and have lots of great, very successful migraine experience and there is no reason why she shouldn’t at least want to talk to me. Reached out to the recruiter Stephanie (horrible by the way ) who replied to me and said the manager already had her candidate!! This was 3 days after the job was posted! I heard from friends that the same thing happened to them. An Abbvie cult for sure.

This is not surprising. The NBD, WM, also brought all his lackeys over from Abbvie and didn’t give any internal candidates a chance. This place is ridiculous. You can not tell me that he was unable to find one, really good candidate already at Axsome. He is a joke and so are his RBDs. Be happy you don’t get chosen. You dodged a bullet

It’s not a joke, you just don’t understand the system.

Pharma companies take generic drugs and combine them to create a brand name drug on generics for one reason and one reason only: Stock perception

It’s easy, it’s affordable, and it’s relatively safe for them. Then they get you to push up metrics (calls, speaker programs,etc.) and inevitably you have what we see here in the SFM thread. It’s all a stock play- and it’s all for perception to push up the stock.

Now you know the truth. Use it as you will.

It’s simple. They take generic drugs and combine them into a branded drugs because it’s easy and efficient. They do this so create a shell company that they then use to manipulate metrics (calls, speaker programs) for the increased perception and forecasting of company numbers solely to push up stock price. It’s a scam basically, and your job is literally built on a lie.

Now you know the truth. Use it to your advantage.

WM has an overall bad reputation at AbbVie as far as reps go. The only people that love him are the status quo like SFM and the ass kissers that he brought over to be his RBDs. There is a reason he didn’t hire any Axsome people, he can’t handle anyone that doesn’t suck up to him. Good luck to anyone that works for him. You are in for a horrible ride

Very funnie. I'm the original OP and happi to say I did get the job. Eye used to sell Topamax back in 00' so expect mee too rake in plenty of sales, I'm stage bound so their also better bee some sorta awards trip for performers lyke me. Been unemployed fo 4 years and got 2duis but still made it thru. Again, look fo me on da stage. Dis be the bes/ kompany round and eye better get sum stock to.
