How about the DEMS reps only get paid for the actual doctors that they have interacted with? Regeneron is losing a ton of money paying these people when they are not even leaving their house! Look at the call activity, or how about regional directors actually go talk to the doctors that are supposedly being called on? How about checking in with offices to even see if they have seen the rep at all?

I am sure the RD knows where the business is coming from. I don’t think my DEM would make a bonus, she hasn’t seen 70 percent of the people she should.

Everyone needs to wake up. Did adding the DEMS team really increase revenue? I think in some cases Regeneron is paying for reps who aren’t working. How many of these people were DEI hires? How many have been kicked out of offices? How many claim to have excellent conversations with RS that have never even happened? Worst joke ever on us and an embarrassment.

Unfortunately looking at call activity won’t help because my DEM counterpart enters fake calls all the time and submits calls for staff who left the practice years ago. Calls are made on a couple of high profile physicians consistently and a few others once or twice a year. It’s beyond ridiculous!
