Best/Worst Divisions to be in

L4P isn’t being left to chance.
It’s being propped up by some of the company’s most experienced teams: IADs, FRMs, and the HIV Expansion team.

Why?
Because Gilead can’t afford for it to fail.


This isn’t just a product launch, it’s a market shift. Gilead isn’t gonna risk a fumble on an entry-level Expansion Team.


The quicker the Expansion Team converts new adopters, the better the downstream impact—for PrEP reps, for L4P Brand equity & for Gilead’s revenue.


This is a business-critical initiative. And that’s exactly why it’s being fortified with top-tier talent.
Ha!! IAD’s? What do you really think they’re going to do? Have they shared their strategy with you? They don’t have a clue. There may be ONE of that whole group that really knows what they’re doing.
 
All divisions are good to solid and have runway.
The complex and simplicity of the calls and customers vary greatly. With Kite/Oncology at the top and PC Prep at the bottom.

Absolutely….. at least somebody finally gets it. All this BS about which division is best is like splitting hairs. The entire organization sucks. I guess when your only perspective is here, you don’t know any better. Trust me, there are lots of better companies to be working at than this shit can.
 
Prep Division the lowest sales you do with Gilead.
Talk about primary care. We have to turn in to management how many calls we have planned w Dec 8-10 & also 4-7 and turn on how many calls our FRM & NE has. Like I am their baby sitter!
 
My Prep counterpart told me they have weekly request on call activity with a spreadsheet. That is F ing stupid 2000s elementary micro management.
Prep stinks from the type of PC sell to clueless DEI HQ to ultra micro management.
And the reps are the worse entitled sensitive cry baby POS in the entire global pharma industry. All my counterpart does is complain all the time and talk about calling HR every other conversation. (And she is the worse salesperson in our entire matrix)
 
That’s right only the best of the best work at this company. Anything less, need not apply.
The drugs sell themselves for the most part. I came here over 4.5 years ago and the lack of competitive sales skills here baffles me.The only reason you're doing half way good is due to the clinical dominance of the products. If you'll notice the products that don't clearly dominate clinically aren't doing so great. ie: Trodelvy, Livdelzi. CAR-T. You can tell yourself all you want it's because you're so great but trust me, we all see it.
