MS Division What Happened?

Why does the entire company get a 2 week rejuvenation period the last 2 weeks of July, and the MS sales reps get to do the Summer Series on top of our regular day to day obligations?????
Absolutely ridiculous and total disrespect for the sales team.
How about that 7am call last week? Wt….???
No respect for sales in MS division.
Toxic culture

Absolutely, has the makings for an MS reorg late 2025/early 2026.

I don’t doubt a MS layoff is coming within the next 6 months or so. My question lies where are you going with Novartis listed on your resume? Not much respect outside of big pharma companies for Novartis resumes which limits outside opportunities. Novartis always lets you in but it’s extremely difficult to Move on to any progressive companies. Just minimal transferable jobs skills here to market yourselves.
This is 100% false.
Anyone who has interviewed elsewhere knows better.
It is true that other companies understand that Novartis is a broken organization, but unless you lived with the cataclysmic dysfunction on a daily basis, you don't believe it's possible.
Nobody has any idea just how cartoonish the C.R.M. division is outside of Novartis.
Just show up for your interview, respectfully answer questions about your time there (they probably won't ask many), and show them your numbers if asked.
Nobody cares, and if you have an ounce of drive and determination, it is not remotely difficult to move on.

You speaking from personal experience or just giving the cheap talk of hypothetical situation? If it’s real time data that you have, let us know how it worked out for you. Otherwise save the BS talk.

Well big pharma is big pharma so Novartis on the resume will enable you to stay in that game with another big pharma pretty easily. Gold luck.
Of course you can always land another big Pharma after leaving Novartis but not so much if you want a start up or a high end specialTy or rare disease company. That hill is a much steeper climb no doubt.

the Job market is not necessarily screaming for pod selling big pharma drones. Fortunately, there are lots of mental dolt hiring mgrs who are former NVS ABLs who will throw you a life line. NVS alumni association rocks baby!
