So after the rumors about a full RTO ramping from May, they backpedalled, arriving at 3 days in office thru end 2026, then 4 days from Jan 2027.

ppl still pissed.

This is a slow boil. classic frog in the pot. First 3, then 4, then surprise... 5 days. They’re hoping we get used to it.

Wrapped up in buzzwords... "equity"... "cohesion".... & the best... "disciplined work ethos" (tldr : "we don't trust you")

this isn’t about performance or culture. It's a prehistoric level understanding of productivity.

Omg I was literally driving my SUV to Starbucks with my besties when I saw this. Had to pull over.
