This is literally how IC went with the COVID team as well. NO ONE could ever really explain it., What the hell is wrong with executive leadership at this company? IC controls our reviews and our resumes and opportunities here at the company. It’s all fuzzy math.My RD said they had like 4th IC call with the Comp team and are more confused before.
Bottom line if it takes IC Team an hour to cover the IC plan and the RDs have had had 4-5 calls seeing it, then you know it sucks to the depth of hell. How or better yet Why did the ED, Linnea & Ashley approve such a convoluted horrible IC plan that is not motivation, and only thing the reps can remember is $81k for 6 months.
How the hell you get the 81k nobody understands other than being the Top Rep in the Top Region, & I bet EDs don't understand either!
My RD said when they asked our ED she said to set up a call with the compensation team. ED didn't even know nor understand the F insane makeup of the plan. Heard same for other reps in the other 2 Areas!
That is how Cluster F the plan is. The dollar amount is the only thing they got right.

Sales ops is inept here for some reason. They're very nice people but the sales data used at this company is ridiculous.WTF is this QA on IC that HQ sent out. My RD just had a call on it & forward it, this is cabbage stew! Talk about making something that can't get more confusing, even more confusing .

The COVID IC was decent until hospitals stopped reporting hospitalizations. Second half of 2023 and on was a complete joke.Why do you think this is Scott?
Ask anyone from the Covid team about the IC Plan. Even the ones who ranked #1, 2, & 3 will tell you, off the record, it was luck. PrEP is finally experiencing the type of IC the Covid Team had.
You’d be better off speaking to your counterparts who came from Covid to mentally prepare when PrEP rankings happen. If you’re at the top, it’s not effort, it’s good luck & if you’re at the bottom it’s not a lack of effort, it’s bad lucks.
The IC is literally about how you happen to fall into it- similar to drawing straws. This is why you can’t understand it & this is why you’ll never understand it.
