Ask the other ASD’s, the RSMs that he attended their business reviews, and the reps that worked DDW with him. He positions himself above everyone. There is no respect. This is who he is. A leopard cannot change its spots. He has forced his outdated big pharma ways into a small company and forced them on everyone. When they don’t work , we are at fault. He can’t sell. He doesn’t value or treat anyone with respect. He is not a fit for what this company said they stand for.This take is old and moronic. Shawn is not ruining the sales force. He is not in charge of the sales force. He is not the VP of Sales. He leads one part of the country. Stop the nonsense about him ruining the entire sales force. Most of the country has had no interaction with this guy. Take your pride and the damage to it and move on.
