There are a lot of FRM roles posted. What products do these roles support? Does the company prefer internal or external candidates.
Run away. Better paying FRM roles elsewhere. They expect you to be reps in a territory 3 times the size. Leadership is terrible and just follows orders. Not safe to speak up about anything.

They want good little soldiers, not free thinkers. Management is toxic, takes anything and everything personally. God forbid you challenge them or disagree they will make your life hell.
