This has been for many of us the most upsetting time here. There is absolutely no communication at all. They throw out these little darts of info and think that this is going to motivate us. Most of us that I know are helping support one another out of here. It's all about leadership.
More and more people will continue to leave this pit of a place. I just accepted an offer for a lot more money and a bonus double what I get now. I'm walking away with absolutely nothing in bonus. Same here!! Praying to get out! Things are so bad since Sara left and now my own RBM has had it. Tommy is a waste and he has never been 'present'. So many shenanigans in the NE. I have 3rd and hopefully final IV soon and hoping to GET OUT!!!!!
