Just be ready to take the blame when this fails too. The N.A. head and BU head don’t care about succeeding, they care about being in charge. Failure is part of the business they can tolerate, because they most enjoy deflecting blame and punishing those without power. You better hope you have a good RBD who can protect you.

David needs to sort this out. The truth was in the survey.
 


He can’t, he’s done when Keira either lets Monia push Ipsen into a CIA through her incompetence or she gets the company sued, which just needs a few reps to realize she’s screwed them and they have legal recourse.

He gave the reigns to SC who was a fiscal nightmare, and decided to go to the other end of the spectrum and bring in KD, the sociopath Randian nepobaby who has created the worst culture in the industry.

For all his “good for society “ thinking he let the US fall apart through toxic leadership that had mostly been weeded out in the industry.

The US is too important for him to continue to watch the disaster from the sidelines. Things won’t improve until KD is replaced. No one wants to work with or for her.
