The bigger issue is that MALT has been the same clowns for years. No opportunities for learning, nor intellectual diversity. No leadership STAs except RFAA, good for him. He could bring back perspectives from leadership outside this team, unfortunately it will fall on the deaf ears that stripped him of the post he was recruited for. Et tu Bruté? Unfortunately we are stuck in a reactive, nightmare support function full of nepotism and void of competency.

They need to start with traf who surrounds himself by women who pretend he’s the smartest guy in the room to get promoted?
Who’s next to sell their pride to a dirty and insecure man ladies??
On second thought, he’ll get promoted because he’s so “forward thinking and business savvy” with his 4 separate teams calling on different cardiologists while pissing off the commercial team all to build his empire. Don’t get rid of him, let’s keep him for another 20 years to really demoralize whatever is left of medical.

He’s a complete narcissist who talks about himself incessantly and only the young girls listen to his garbage and act like they believe and like it. They’ll never get rid of him so leave if you’re unhappy and now Skinner is being forced to lean on him.

The predator has to be protected, he is the only one that can carry that business. "Lean"ing is comical, the VP needs him because of her own lack of competence. All strut, no substance, ET sees this very clearly. The rest of MALT copy his enchanting BS. If he is gone, then this is the last straw to break the camel's back when it comes to reverse discrimination in medical affairs. If you're a male here, you're kinda f*cked. Look at all the promotions and elevations with a gender imbalance favoring those with 2 X chromosomes. While speaking of reverse discrimination, sorry but if you have an MD/DO degree you're double/triple f*cked, because you intimidate those above you without trying, you're competent and have clinical experience, and you're cursed. It's time for change, big change is needed with significant turnover over of leadership.

And anyone see the latest? TRAF has added the newest member to his team who has been going around for months saying the position is hers. Another equal opportunity from MALT leading to improved culture. Who’s next ladies? Wow the two new senior directors were FDs for a nice hot minute. What a joke?! More yessers, pleasers and XX-ers. No shame at all.
