The bigger issue is that MALT has been the same clowns for years. No opportunities for learning, nor intellectual diversity. No leadership STAs except RFAA, good for him. He could bring back perspectives from leadership outside this team, unfortunately it will fall on the deaf ears that stripped him of the post he was recruited for. Et tu Bruté? Unfortunately we are stuck in a reactive, nightmare support function full of nepotism and void of competency.

Don’t get rid of him, let’s keep him for another 20 years to really demoralize whatever is left of medical.
