We need to continue to answer Glint honestly! Eventually they can’t explain away the results that show how horrible this culture is and how weak and selfish these leaders are!

I’ve worked under poor leadership but Kristen & Megan are the worst. Two ignoramuses who never carried the bag pretending it’s so easy to move the needle when competitors are beating the shit out of Alcon on price

Yes, those two are absolute idiots. Megan has never done the job she purports to be so easy and sales targets are ridiculous. Grow 40% when your market share in territory is 50%. Grow 40% when your largest hierarchy is actively telling their doctors not to use Alcon

Definitely must be new because you’re missing the boat. Things were so much better and the culture was better. Our programs are terrible. We keep changing things and it’s a mess for our offices and they keep spinning the spin.

What do you expect when useless entitle fools are promoted be identity politics? Imposter syndrome is real. They are imposters.
 


Our culture is broken. If you want something where you are treated like an adult, look to Lenz or look to the new team they are putting together at Oyster P. They've cleaned out the lazy and are are rebuilding. Also might want to look at Clearside Bio. As for us, we are all activity and DEI.
