How is the culture in med affairs oncology? I am interviewing for a role here.

Currently at another major pharma 10+ years, same function. While our stock and portfolio are growing and promising, the culture is terrible. I am mainly looking for a culture change and don’t want to trade a familiar dumpster fire for an unknown one.

your asking what the culture is like here? It's terrible, poorly run company with constant job cuts. Anyone thats any good is looking to get out of here.
 




Our portfolio is growing here but stock has been disappointing. Many awarded options expire before fruition because they do not increase in value. If compensation is important, it is not here. However, culture is not as cut throat as other companies.
