Amneal

Vile upper management. Literally dumb and dumber. They have burned so many bridges which will eventually catch up to them. We "pretend" to like them and play the game to stay safe. PRETEND and watch your back is the motto at Amneal. Smile. Pay compliments. Kiss *ss. Drink a lot to blend in. Definitely don't get too comfortable or you will get burned. So many have. Update your resume and start looking. Most of us are.

If you did not support those who were fired without cause or forced out then do not bother to contact them when you see an opening at their new place of employment. Ask yourselves why should they help you when you didn’t give a damn about them?
I think many of us did give a damn and knew it was wrong. Fear played a big role in silence for some. Staying employed is a necessity and speaking out would only jeopardize that possibility. We all saw what happened to those who reached out to HR. Can you just imagine what would have happened if you voiced this to management? By the way, I did reach out to many who were wrongly dismissed and let them know I did not agree with what happened. Mentioning this to management would be detrimental to my career and expecting this is ludicrous. I realize most opportunities are presented because of who you know and your relationships. Asking for a reference from someone after dismissing what happened would be foolish if you didn’t support them during their difficult time. Maintain your connections if you expect anything in return and remember staying gainfully employed is a very long and curvy journey.

You entirely missed the point. If you did not show compassion in private then you were on the wrong side.
