Teresa as you consider Bea for leadership roles in Europe and for the ex-US folks keeping an eye on the threads, here is a poll of how Bea has succeeded. These are all her commitments to FMT before taking the role and I encourage people to fill it out for greater transparency.

Caution, the more NEGATIVE the comments, the MORE likely of rewards, recognition and promotion.
 


I will give her maybe #3 on her list but she’s a failure of a leader and frankly most MDs are terrible leaders. Theresa should go park her as a country mgr and pick someone who can lead this high maintenance team. But they do deserve a good leader… isn’t that Theresa’s words? Bea and Toby need to go Bon Voyage!
 


Bea and her Mac Daddy needs to exit stage left. These threads may be "mouthing off" now but when retention drops through the floor after bonus payouts Theresa will surely have to do something with these two. Bea is worse than Joni. She's phony and two-faced similar to the leaders she's put in charge of field medical. I guess real recognize real.

Listen up, MSLs help educate and inform prescribers. MSLs do not feed "insights" to the home office or sales, unless you want a CIA.

Thanks Ryan for your insight. Aside from visiting this web page on the daily and your Veeva insanity dashboards you are pushing with Greg , is there anything else you actually do here at Genentech? Stop suck Lisa too she sees right through your BS.
 


Bea Bea Bea you never will get it. Terrible leader who picked some interesting ones to be in FMLT. Sean is horrific and all but a couple should never have made it to a RATL role. This model is so messed up they can’t keep up they are lost.
 


Behind the scenes Bea is mean, very emotional and has a hot temper. She is very insecure and doesn’t have the true respect of what a leader needs. She should go back to Spain. I don’t see her gaining the respect she needs in the U.S.

Toby being invited to leave is not a surprise at all. Should have been done sooner. The guy was the wrong hire from day1. Ask his GSK colleagues who called him a clown. Bea should also leave. The entire USMA needs a clean fresh start. Everyone deserves a good leader/manager, right?
