Hands down worse RD and least exp in global Gilead that will runaway to President Club. Region is so far ahead with all the mail order pharmacies & Tele med docs they will never be caught. Will win by 20% over #2.

Well the later prediction I think is spot on as our Region is soaring coming out Q2 #1 by a mile, and this is just D4P! Wait until L4P where all our territories already have more pre-committments with flagged patients than the entire nation combined.
As a result of us crushing it, our RD will be shotgunning his favorite BoonDog beer listening to Jason Aldeen's "Try That In A Small Town" on the beach laughing at the other 17 RDs with $80k in his pocket.
Merit, Skills, IQ dont matter in PrEP as only the reps & HIV population matter.
The rest of you eat your heart out !
 


You might rightfully question Wendy's eye for talent and judgement in hiring the FL RD, but one way to make sure a person does not fail and had 100% success is put him in the Region geography that's been in top 2 for 7yrs in a row surrounded with Executive HOF reps.
She was smart putting her worse talent in the best geography with the best reps in the division so he will look Golden on paper with high performance.
