This company is a sinking ship and in a shithole. Hence no interest. We have shitty & moronic leadership at directors & VP level, no CEO, & the morale is down of all the working bees.

Great quotes this one and above… keep waiting… i waited many years doing f£~$~$~ nothing and finally got a massive package because of seniority and found back a job working on a fantastic project… there is hope outside of baxter and surely much more interesting things to do… keeo dremin with the linkedin propaganda…

Baxter ANZ is a bigger shit hole the incompetent fat redheaded GM appoints favourites as "directors" andhides all costs to try and make compounding look profitable, its like corporate shell game of course his boss Alok is fully supportive as it allows him to keep his job as well . we have a Directors in roles who frankly their only talent is to say "yes" anything the fat bastard says .

Same thing in Global & US Marketing team too. The directors we have dont have a spine to stand up to whats right and push back on ridiculous & waste of time requests. All are yes men & women dickheads. Fired some really good and loyal people.
 
I left Baxter in March for a much better company. To be honest, reading this message board just brings back bad memories and negativity. I have tried recruiting Baxter colleagues. Some actually jumped ship, but many more just want to “wait” for it to fall apart and get a package. Really sad that people are that unconcerned with their happiness or career. I wish nothing but the best for all Baxter colleagues and truly hope it will all work out for everyone there.
 
If you are young and smart, leave this sinking ship asap!!! No amount of $$$ or the lies SLT members spew or thier desparate LinkedIn posts are worth losing your mental sanity. The leaders are toxic and dumb as f**k.
 
Unfortunately most of the workforce is awaiting a payout and do f&:€ nothing all day… not because they do not want but just because there is no money, no ambition, no illusion and nobody who is able to take them out of lethargy…
Baxter is on dialysis coupled with infusion and about to experience a NDE… instead of sacking individuals costing the company millions of $ a year they should be doing proper restructuring…
