You have one dud drug that barely works best case and burns the crap out of most. Overloaded and overpaid mgt team. This equals big money loser and and shutdown. The good news is sales are so low the OIG could care less about off label, not worth their time. Good luck!
 


So first NSM after layoffs and Mgmt is dancing on stage and talking about how they just got back from vacation…totally self absorbed and don’t have a clue. And they think a new call plan is going to change things! WTF! Doctors don’t use Q because there is no profit in it for them.

Glad you called them management because that’s all they are. Zero leadership from any of them.

Were any of the SAMs given the opportunity to interview for a Key Account role? Did any get placed internally?
 








Culture at Averitas is very broken. You don’t kiss the right butthole and you can plan on receiving walking papers. This place has 1 product with awful reimbursement and that’s even if it actually gets covered. Mediocre management at best. Recent layoffs was writing on the wall. Place is going nowhere quick. Scary times.
A lot of company’s do pay better and their total comp/benefits package is also better elsewhere. Just look. They are out there!
Many have good products and strong pipelines. Quite a few options that are way better than Averitas.
