Mr. Dhankhar has advised on more than 50 major transactions, including four of the 10 largest mergers and/or restructurings to have taken place in the life sciences industry in recent years. Not that this place isn’t a complete dumpster fire, but it isn’t unusual for the person to run S&N’s Corporate Development team….ya know, the team that deals in buying other companies to add to the parent company’s portfolio…to hire someone that has dealt in multiple M&A transactions throughout their career. If anything, they may get serious about actually trying to compete in emerging tech for once.

We used to innovate. Enough of this buying other BS and shelving it. SN gone downhill since they have tried to be Stryker. Remember the Kiss cover band at the NSM about 15 years ago. That was last of the good times. Been a ball rolling downhill ever since. Sad to see really.

Exco isn’t expanding r*****, this is filling a vacancy. Also, plenty people at this level have “retired” within the past 2 years. The CFO, multiple global presidents, and plenty other “seen-yur leeduhrs”. No wonder this place is one giant gaping hole of suck. Everyone here is way too busy sucking instead of paying attention to what’s happening at their own company.
