So he has been leading this chaos and letting the "slow" process go on forever and ever. He is blaming us? I dont think so, your fault. I hope they take your job. This organization will NEVER be biotech or pharmaceutical. Its pay is below any normal standards... wow, just speechless.
 




What was that?? Zero excitement about this launch, doomsday message and threaten people about their paychecks. We all need to leave. I feel bad for any of the 20+ new hires that just realized this was a big mistake.

Yes...I think the point he was trying to make but failed miserably was..."pretend your at a small biotech and if you didnt work strategically and smart you would not get a paycheck, the company wouldnt survive...still a blow on words, but he was trying to get there. Funny he changed his whole tone at the 7:30 PM call. There is a lot of arrogance there. Smart guy, an engineer, but not exactly equipped to run a company. He obviously needs some people skills and obviously some business management classes. Spent some time with this guy, He is so full of himself...hilarious. He keeps talking what an athlete he is....doesnt really have the build.

Athlete HAHA!!! - When he took a Teams meeting in 2019 as COO with his direct reports from the back of his house in Brigantine and didn't bother putting on a shirt, the census of opinion was that his "Moobs" (Man-Boobs) were quite large and prominent. You stay classy Moobs McKenzie!
 












Most was to do with extremely bad leadership at the highest senior leadership level though, BD never worked closely with any function and they let R&D grow without any control, now they get some management consultant in to clean the house! Time to move on.
