Just when you thought it couldn’t get worse in Ophthalmology…

I see there’s an opening in Boston for a Medical Specialist II position with ophthalmology, which I’m interested in applying for. Is there a chance that I can get honest feedback about the position and not the typical trash talk? Thanks

Great manager and team…territory regularly leads the region, nation, etc.

Company car or allowance. You will work with another Diabetic eye medical specialist who has a larger territory than yours. Those can be good and bad. Some work and some don’t and they get credit for the vials purchased in your territory. Goals are hefty, especially if you are the one leading the region in sales.
I’ve been here for over three years. Some days are good and some days are awful. Company culture is going south but a good manager can help keep the livelihood in the team. Training department is average- nothing special.
15 vacation days a year with 2 floaters and that includes your sick time. Good luck!
