This job is mostly ridiculously easy. What makes it difficult is not insurance coverage but yet internal issues.

Glimpse should make the job easier, not more difficult

Executive leadership should make the job easier, not make stupid decisions on acquisitions or new productsto make the job more difficult.

Overall,
We aren’t digging ditches. It’s an easy job. Let reps and front line managers get the job done.

Oh, BTW—there are a TON of managers faking the job.
@ leadership— why don’t you actually look at the number of field coaching reports or expenses and hotels associated with field time. You will see the managers that are faking the job pretty quickly since some don’t have proof of their time in the field.

That Ohio maa LOL anger bet has extreme liw number of field days. Does he still drop in for a quick lunch and convi. Call it a field day. Just wondering.
Ohio and much much more.
I know for a fact my manager would ride with me a day and a half, then another rep in town for the second day and a half. He was done by Wednesday but would call that 4 days.

He sure knows how to not work and pretend to work full days. Been doing it forever. Loser leaders allow this to go on. Sales reps simply folllow the leader and put in 5 hour weeks. Problem solved.
