So I had to work in home health for a few months and it was by far the worst job I've ever had (and I used to work in banking). Worked for LHC and it was a shit show. A bunch of lazy nurses putting their work off on the field reps who ain't even making enough money to be motivated to do their own job let alone the jobs of 4-5 nurses sitting on their asses in the office watching Instagram and Facebook reels all day. Don't get me started on the pay, they are about 20 years behind the times on salary. No company car and they will look to screw you over on gas mileage any way they can. If you have any other options besides home health, take those options. This job is good for a pta or LPN that wants to start a sales career, if you're an experienced rep in device or pharma just stay on unemployment until your next opportunity comes in one of those areas. STAY AWAY FROM HOME HEALTH!
