What is Azurity’s retention rate? What’s the job satisfaction like? (Especially in sales or marketing). And why? I’m curious if this is somewhere I should apply. I heard they have some new drugs potentially coming out, but I’m reading some concerning things on cafepharma.

Retention is terrible. Executive leadership rarely keeps their word. Job satisfaction is personal. New products may happen but Azurity doesn't do blockbusters. Reps have thought the sales force would dissolve for years.

The only positions that are posted right now are on the institutional team Unrealistic goals and micro managed
 
Unprecedented turnover; utter chaos. New hires, in the midstof training, having their positions eliminated. The "leadership" is on CRAZY PILLS.

what do you mean by "nobody is watching"? most everyone else shared the sentiment that tracking was a big thing at Azurity.

They have had capability to track (MOTUS, iPad location vs Veeva time stamps). Doesn't feel like they have the staff to worry about tracking right now unless someone gives them a reason to.
 
I applied for the Miami position a month ago and never got a call. I have experience and drive! I just saw it reposted. Is this position available again? Should I reapply? Interested in getting a job.
