Not at first. And it's twice a day. And if they get the TB test/additional labs in their PI, they won't be much better ...

Otezla will still kick our asses first line. The PBMs love the 90% rebate stream. Docs love the clean side effects. Shits are not serious. Office staff love no paperwork.

Of course 75% of the time, it will fail.

Still hard to understand why they kick everyone's ass. Their reps don't even go out much.
