I do believe that Black Rock has been a large scale investor in Collegium for awhile now and I can’t say I’m really happy about that but whether anyone approves of Black Rock or not is a personal decision. I’m just not a Black Rock fan.
The car choices are Volvo XC40 for reps and XC60 for managers (maybe XC90 I can’t really remember.) You can also get a Hyundai Tucson hybrid or you can pay a bit out of pocket and upgrade to a Hyundai Santa Fe.
Overall, most people are pretty happy here. There are obviously the malcontents and wanna be comedians on this board just as there are on the boards for the other companies, but overall I think most people are pretty happy. Probably slightly lower than average turnover. The management team, from RSMs all the way to C-Suite have always been good to me and I’ve been here for a long time. We do have a new CEO who seems good so far but I have not really had the opportunity to get to know him personally so I can’t really say one way or the other about him.
From a compliance viewpoint, the company is pretty conservative, but that’s probably a good thing in the big picture.
There is some frustration in the ranks about goals in Q1 of this year after some changes in MC but we will figure those things out.
Overall, Collegium is a good place to be. Does it have areas that could be improved? Yes, just like all companies. But it’s a good place with good people and I’ve been pretty happy here. The good by far outweighs the bad.
Hope that helps. It is an honest description.
