Who is more worthless SDHMs or SAMs?






Having 15 SDHMs seem like way too many

You’re trying to get specific names to publicly shame someone- anyone - so long as it’s not you- while staying anonymous? Why?!?

There are a lot of pathetic posts on CP, but this is one of the worst I’ve ever seen.
 


SAM role is worthless and could be done by many reps. Yes, reduce SDHM down to 3. Drop rep headcount down to 450. I’ll send you a consulting fee Kevin. Just saved you a few million your minions would pay McKinsey. Or, you can bring back the Everett Cunningham Clown Show and finish destroying the company. Company has never recovered from this disaster.

What position is more worthless, not individuals. I would say the SAM role is pointless.

Not possible to reduce SD without cutting headcount. They already are maxed for direct reports. If you don’t understand you don’t understand what they do…it’s not all about “filling out reports”.
