Are we witnessing the downfall of NPWT division?

It seems like we are experiencing the darkest times for morale at S&N. Acute can’t win new business. Post acute is struggling too. What was once the best division to be in feels like a sinking ship. None of the reps are getting paid anywhere close to what they deserve.
 


Welcome to Deepaks Smith and Nephew. We cut all corners, lay off the ones who work, all in the name of the great 3 year plan. Which we have now seen turn this company into a shell of what it was fast. Such a shame to see this happen. Wait until the layoffs later this year to hit their magical number so they can give themselves raises and bonuses for destroying SN.

Did it take you 2 years to figure this out?
 


Literally. If you have spent more then a year here and don’t have a decent contract, pay is confusing, or %’s don’t add up means you were an after thought and are there to make others money. Never seen a company operate like this. Secretive deals with employees, lies to other employees while the work actually done by those with the smallest bank accounts it seems. I came from sales in another industry and nothing at smith and nephew makes sense. It’s like they want you to fail here. Wild to see it myself.
