Perhaps if they made some sort of formal announcement and at least explained the logic (LOL-gic?) behind the decision, it would help assuage some of the feeling in R&D that anyone can be moved next which just serves to further erode already fragile morale.
Although I'm not sure why I'm surprised, this clown seems to enjoy leading by fear and intimidation, but I'm not sure if she realizes that the only people who stick around to be led by fear & intimidation are useless lackeys & bootlickers.

I’m smiling. 80% of the people at Kenvue do not realize ALL of the awards won are paid for in some way shape or form. NOTHING is earned legitimately. Heck even an Allure award comes with a A LARGE commitment to buy ad space in CONDE NAST Mags.
