We have a new OBDM in OK and she is lacking in all areas of leadership. She is texting the 4 reps that live close to her the week of or even the evening before to see if she can jump in on a luncheon or breakfast with us so she can record a field ride. She has no schedule for field rides. ( Which is great for the reps that don’t live close)Novo is a complete shitshow. If you have other opportunities, take one of those.
