What base salary did JnJ serve up to you?
 
What's the deal with same territory vacancies posted again? Matrix pods or solo rep? Getting emails for Neuroscience, Neuroscience II and 'Overlay Neuroscience'.. How many reps per territory are they hiring??

JJ will be better. It’s already feels better. Honeymoon period right now. So many in leadership are brand new. Let’s see if they fire up the fear and intimidation PIP machine after we launch MDD.

MDD will be good but not nearly as big as they think it will be. Goals and expectations will be sky high. Get ready for some serious pressure.

If you're worried about expectations and pressure during a launch then buddy you may not be in the right industry. Do you think jnj paid 15 bil for ITCI because they don't care if we meet expectations or not? That's not how any of this works.

Dumbass. Did I say anything about JJ not caring if we meet expectations? No. I said expectations will be very high very fast and we should expect a lot of pressure. Much of it negative if ITCI history is a frame of reference. We were putting reps on PIPs out west three months post launch as Covid was still skyrocketing and access was shut down. I survived it and had great success. Doesn’t mean I have to enjoy the way we have been managed.

So you're telling us to get ready for a pharma company to act like a pharma company... Thanks for the heads up chief. I think I can speak for everyone in here when I say without your advanced warning we all would have been completely caught off guard down the road when we find that, "goals and expectations will be sky high, get ready for some serious pressure"

Would you like to drop anymore behind the scenes insider info that only a seasoned vet such as yourself would know? Maybe you want to tell us, "you'll use and iPad every day" "you'll have to do an expense report" "you'll drive a fleet car"

We're all on the edge of our seats waiting for what next golden nugget of wisdom your going to bestow upon us.

You've been saying your gonna leave for literally half a year. I just want you to do what you keep saying your gonna do and what you keep telling everyone else to do.

If you hate it here so much, then fucking leave. Oh that's right, you can't. There's not much of a market for boomer career middle of the pack pc reps.
