Work Life Balance - Large Territories



Don't worry about it. There are 3-4 reps calling on the same targets weekly and even with a larger territory, we still step all over each other. We are way too heavy with reps and all you need to worry about is having partnership with someone who works and actually gives a crap about the business.

Absolutely! Having a partner that actually works allows reps like me to work their 2 hours a day! Great setup! They work, and I relax!
 
I know this site is full of people trolling, please be aware that what you’re reading with the KAS role is 100% accurate. Very few are happy with the position. If you need a job take it as a place holder. Also neurocrine isn’t what it once was. It’s growing too fast and not enough is put in place to prevent change in a negative manner

Absolutely true. Great job unfortunately not rewarding just feed the PAS pockets
 
They don’t want to pay bonus bad IC plan for KAS very few making money. 100% pays out $3500 which is a joke. and micro managing at this place.
Say it louder for the people in the back! Poorly designed overlay team structure and micro managing is at an all time high. That call yesterday was so obviously panic made to look like “we care.” Best of luck to those sticking around. The brain drain has begun because the company forgot who they are.

Yep they went out and hired experienced candidates a year ago for the launch of this KAS team. Turns out the honeymoon was was short lived. They shoulda just hired a bunch of 30 year old,primary care reps and paid them 60k if they were going to micro manage like this. Peace out And good luck to all who are leaving like I have. Agree with the other posts how this company has turned into a shit can big Pharma company now.

That is what’s happening. There is no way this culture (and our new gatekeepers) will attract top talent for the roles available. Teva did the same thing a few years back. Validating the idea that we have been reacting to them ever since they launched. What a disaster

If you look at available positions, see how many are KAS/LTC territories. That should tell you all you need to know. KAS were hired in October. If people already left read between the lines

Yeppers too many other opportunities out there that pay better and not full of micro mgmt BS. Most external KAS hires from last October are bolting. Only the internals who don’t know any better are staying.

Any internal person looking to move up in the company should realize that leadership is bringing in external candidates because they are trying to reset the culture. The survey results are clear. This is no longer a “top place to work.” C ya!

This is happening across the company (not just commercial). It used to be a great place to work, but I can't honestly say that anymore.

Outside of sales (where it sounds like incentives may dwindling), some folks still have golden handcuffs.
