I’m pretty sure they are trying to get all the horizon people who are left to leave. You should have seen the emails I’m getting from my manager this week about calls, metrics, stretch goals, reach and frequency. It’s nuts. The culture here is one of fear and obedience. It’s not about helping the patient anymore. We can’t even see what date the patient start therapy anymore.
Fear and obedience is what runs the Dynasty. For those that bent the knee and kissed the ring, there exists a clique who get all the support. For those outside the Queen's gaze, there is only beatings.

Quit your crying little girl. You are free to leave. We have done this with everyone and will continue with our next acquisitions. We are actively looking right now now at a couple immuno-concology concerns, at least 3 dermatology start ups, and a late stage phase 3 asset that has a small sales force. If any are lucky enough to be folded under the loving, multi-colored Amgen blanket, we will do the same thing with them. You are free to leave at any time. Look at dermatology. They resisted longer than normal but look around today. You will see obedient, well behaved, KPI loving workers who do as told. You Horizon blobs folded quicker than most. Again, leave as soon as now.

It is hard to have buyers remorse when you weren’t there one doing the buying. You were acquired.
