Is anyone else concerned that our new female RBD is constantly talking about tequila and partying? She is definitely showing her low class. All tequila all the time.

Not sure which region you are talking about but I will look for job openings there as soon as I find out!
Seriously- lighten up and give her a chance, maybe she is a bit nervous in the new role.

Is it appropriate/acceptable for a manager and RBD to inquire about an employee that is on medical leave while at a team dinner? The RBD and OBDM had not met the employee because they are both new to the territory so they ask the reps questions about the employee that is on medical leave. Questions inquiring if he was liked or if he ever worked.

I feel really bad for you guys complaining about your RBD. I mean, you have to see them twice a year. It must be such a burden on you. I hope you guys are able to cope with such significant challenges. In other words, STFU.

Personally my RBD is great. My DBM is the worst of the worst.

We are led by clueless CLOWNS. Everyone points fingers at how Lilly caught and passed us in record time, and never even consider that from the DBM level upwards, being a crony or sycophant of someone higher up was the 1st (and most important) of 3 criteria.
