How many more role plays?

AND STILL all we ever do is drop off patient brochures and fcking care gap

This is how the company can justify so many lower district manager jobs. We are bloated with them. All my DM does in the PNW is drive her kids all day long to their summer activities. Shes being paid by the company to chauffeur them around all day. She only does remote field rides and everything else is by phone or Teams , even these role plays. She never leaves the house except to take her kids somewhere.

Move on! You must not have children and clearly have not experienced a micromanager.

Having kids doesn’t mean you get to not work moron. It means you have to get better at planning and prioritizing so you can work your full day. Also, virtual ride along are ridiculous. We all know who you are, perhaps being a SAHM is a better option.

Wanting your own job to be harder just to own your manager

We attract way too many people who want to coast and collect. Whats worse is most of those are people leaders, and if you call them out they’ll either make you miserable or get rid of you. Sucks to be a person with a work ethic here.

Just like other super professionals, we have to keep our skills razor sharp. Role playing allows us to do this. Think of it as away too impress your manager. In your spare time, role play in the mirror to see where you need improvement. Volunteer until the point where your manager thinks you are trying to hog the spotlight and they will likely not call on you. The main reason there is so much role playing at meetings is the fact that it takes up a lot of time, and a complete brain dead idiot can set up and run the session. In a meeting setting, it does not a damn thing but in the privacy of your home you can really practice and get something out of it.
