200 base MAX but high expectations for pull thru after exceeding expectations tremendously since approved. Commission earnings used to be a thing to consider- used to be high, now they have rolled out individual goals in a rare disease with 4000 patients where many of the eligible patients are either on drug or have DC’d due to side effects eliminating potential to truly earn anymore. OG group has golden handcuffs from stock being fully vested from 2021 but that will only suffice for so long with less than 14,000 a quarter at 100% attainment and an Individual goal penalizing your top peformers
 
I am seeing lots of sales and HQ level roles here so there must be an expansion. I am in the process of one of the roles, do you have any information on benefits- 401K, bonus structure for HQ positions, any insight on vacation and PTO? Does the company offer a shut down between Christmas and NYE like most other companies. What is the Holiday scheduled look like. Trying to find out the benefits but there has been minimal insight on those items. thanks in advance
 
Benefits are great there is a summer shutdown for the 4th and a winter one for Xmas plus 4 weeks and 16 holidays. Pay range for a Director is 200-250k plus at least 20% bonus. RSUs are offered as a new hire and annually plus lots of additional perks - pet insurance, legal services etc 401K match is good and BCBS healthcare.
