For the first time, SP is sending friendly emails acknowledging performance. He is clearly being forced to do this. We know him. Appreciation of the salesforce and kindness are not his thing. He is not friendly, kind or supportive so its just feels FAKE. We are all laughing about it. It probably pains him to act supportive because he motivates by fear. He is very dishonest and manipulative. He thinks he is above everyone else so if we find out about his lies we will be fearful to approach him. Everyone talks. We are here because of our managers. The real human beings that actually lead and motivate us and the great product. SP is a terrible.
YES!! Change won’t happen if we fail to speak up. Good for you! We are only as strong as our weakest link. SP is the weakest link. Most of us know this isn’t Shawn. We see through the nice messages. That’s not how he operates. He is dehumanizing, fear mongering, authoritarian and degrading. The fact of the matter is it’s not just that people don’t care for him, he is ABUSIVE. SP and his management style is abusive. No one at this company should have to tolerate this. No man, no woman, no employee. Enough is enough. A zebra doesn’t charge its’ stripes. We have spent enough time and money on him. The people in Shawn’s region have suffered tremendously. All for selling a product we believe in. All for a job. Someone needs to take action here bc he is and has destroyed so much. Letting him go would be a good faith statement that this company cares about its’ people.

He steals everyone’s ideas and uses them as him own because he has no experience in selling in this current market. His ego won’t allow him to learn from the talented reps and managers that he hired and works with. SP knows everything, even when he doesn’t. The only thing he did right was hire good people, Then he put them down and made them feel like they can be fired at any moment. He needs to go before the competition starts hiring. Good Managers will leave and their reps will follow them.

Spot on. Keeping Shawn Peter is an overall loss. He hired talented people then treats them like dirt. He is a bully and should have no place at Phathom.

When a company can’t see the individual who is creating a toxic work environment, it is a HUGE problem.
 
That team had all the makings of great. Then Shawn rocked the foundation and showed the ugly side of Phathom. That’s all it takes to rattle an entire team. Doesn’t take much to unravel all the hard work. Trust is ruined. Talented reps that care about their work. He has single handedly ruined the team.
