Paxlovid team

CF keeps saying everything is a go for next year but if there is little Covid there is nothing to support this team financially not a difficult thing to analyze.. Only hope is if we get other medications to promote.

When has he said that? That completely insane call from last week he said "we have until December" multiple times. And even said, who knows when this contract will end?

Interesting….just saw a Paxlovid commercial. An actual commercial with actors. So Pfizer is investing some $$ into DTC advertising
Were you sleepwalking through the POA? They showed us the new commercial! DTC is no reflection of our team; they always do it with a sales team and of course will continue without a sales team because they aren't just throwing in the towel in on a drug with life left on it despite disease state conditions.

GAWD…You people are Complete Idiots!!!! The ship is sinking and you are the band playing, find another job or get ready to file for Unemployment. How Dumb can One BE!!!!

What is the percentage of ppl sticking around bc they are too dumb/naïve to see this "leadership" is full of shit, and what percentage sticks around bc they take a paycheck and don't work a day? Would be interesting to see those numbers. I lean towards majority free pay.

Let's be clear- there is no third category.

Looking back at zoom meeting with CF the whole thing did seem quite weird. Who do you believe the CF from the original talk or the CF walk back that everything is great. ????

Honestly, I’ve seen a lot of people here complaining, but I actually really like the people on my team… and my manager too. They’re genuinely great to work with. It’s a bit sad to think the contracts might be ending soon. I noticed CF mentioned something about going until December, but who knows.

Unless Covid shows up in a big way, this is cooked. Nothing inizio did right or wrong- there just is not the amount of Covid needed to sustain a huge sales force. Simple dollars and sense. Sorry.

Be happy when this contract ends and you don't have to jump up and down at every change that comes down the pike. Paxlovid is done and it's time to look for greener pastures and MUCH MORE MONEY!!! The compensation for this job is sub-par for this industry, and having know COLA or better rate on mileage for those living in more expensive markets was ridiculous. The one thing that killed me at the National Meeting in Orlando was looking and listening to AHs from Pfizer speak with glee. They are getting rich why we are getting paid so little and getting nothing for our efforts. Get your resume updated and look at new opportunities...there are many, just look. To those who can retire, good for you. Good luck and God bless to all.

Agree , unless covid shows up in a big way , it’s done soon this contract

so far I have not seen any senior leadership move on . However many were swept away from recent downsizing. Hard to read the tea leaves other than mixed messages from CF .

This is an interesting point. I believe wholeheartedly these "leaders" would bail to save their own skin in a heartbeat- but is that how it works? If this is all ending, does Inizio let them hop to another contract before the ultimate demise?

I think leaders are just as screwed as we are. They can't leave this for a new contract, and they are not hireable outside of Inizio. They will just have to sit around unemployed Inizio throws them another life line.
