Eisai “Oncology”…

…is run like entry level primary care. Weakest front line managers I’ve experienced.

This place is the absolute dregs of our industry. It’s well documented on CP, and you hear about it from colleagues in the industry, then against your better judgment you take a job here and see how bad it truly is. Worst decision of my career and I cannot wait to get out.

While we don’t want to look to CP as a credible source of info, it was spot on about Eisai.

This place is a revolving door for a reason.

Spot on. I had an interview yesterday and the hiring manager said, ‘I have to ask…is it as bad as people say it is at Eisai’?

The crazy part is, we alk like we are really in Oncology. Look around, we are not. We have no products, our managers have no clue what to do, we tread water all day to look busy. There are some good people but thats not oncology- products are what put you in that arena and we do not have any.
